TOYTAG started out due to the desire to bring innovative toys from all over the world onto one platform for game enthusiasts of all ages. While they have a huge variety of toys from table top games to puzzle toys, TOYTAG specialises in bringing in the latest educational toys such as STEM kits and programming gadgets.
Prior to engaging Traffic Bees, they had been in the retail space for over 7 years and were spending about S$2,000 – S$3,000 per month on ads. However, they were not using any tracking tools to analyse their expenditure and their e-commerce site was not search engine optimised.
Objective: TOYTAG wanted to increase their online traffic and raise awareness of the brand.
