We’re looking for someone who loves writing, content creation and content promotion to bring our clients’ content strategies to the next level.

What’s in IT for you:

  • From day 1, our interns are treated as full-time team members. As a Traffic Bees Intern, you will receive hands-on training across digital marketing or programming, depending on your internship role.
  • After that, you will support real client projects, developing the skills you need to kick-start your career in digital marketing or as a developer.
  • This paid internship is intended to prepare you for the skills you’ll need to succeed in entry-level opportunities at Traffic Bees and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Dream up and execute social content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and wherever else the cool kids are
  • Help out with video shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and editing clips like a pro
  • Write captions, brainstorm content hooks, and occasionally overthink emoji choices
  • Work with our design and SEO teams to turn brand stories into visual magic
  • Keep an eye on social trends, sounds, memes, and make magic with them before they go stale
  • Join brainstorms, pitch wild ideas, and be part of building campaigns that don't feel like ads

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Strong written communication to draft briefs and understand project objectives.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and experience in planning content calendars.
  • Familiarity with operating cameras and basic filming techniques.
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) to assemble raw footage.
  • Basic knowledge of audio editing techniques and software.
  • Understanding of video specifications for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Good-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) for text overlays and effects.

Interns with exceptional performance will be given the opportunity to convert to full-time positions immediately.
